Massage Therapy
Marta Clarke is an internationally qualified massage therapist.
She received her ITEC Diploma in Swedish Massage in London in 2001 and a RYT 220 Forrest Yoga Certification in 2022, including advanced Anatomy & Physiology.
Marta’s extensive travels have exposed her to a variety of massage traditions, enriching her practice with deep tissue techniques and an intuitive approach that promotes muscle release, lymphatic flow, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Head, abdomen and footwork are included as part of the massage, unless otherwise requested.
Marta’s bodywork practice is rooted in the belief that massage is not a luxury, rather an essential resource that supports the mind–body connection, cultivating balance, vitality and longevity.
